As the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, Adriana excels in managing a diverse range of operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the meticulous allocation of expenses and income for all incoming work orders. Her commitment to resolving potential property issues ensures that tenants enjoy a seamless experience throughout their tenure at Frontline.
In her role, Adriana collaborates closely with the Vice President of Property Management, contributing valuable insights to enhance company performance and improve the overall experience for tenants and vendors alike. She also supervises the janitorial and engineering staff, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
Before her tenure at Frontline, Adriana managed an extensive commercial and residential portfolio that included over 30 shopping centers and more than 30 apartment buildings. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the industry and equipped her with the skills necessary to advance within the company’s Construction Management Team. Adriana played a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and quality control by closely monitoring client records and ensuring that subcontractors adhered to all required documentation. This diligence supported both the company’s accounting department and client needs effectively.
